Cindy has over 25 years of experience selling hundreds of homes in Orange County to both buyers and sellers. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, has a MBA degree from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California (USC). Before starting in Real Estate with her mother and partner, Paula Allen, who retired 11 years ago from a real estate career since 1976, Cindy spent 10 years in the Corporate world as an Executive Sales and Marketing Manager.
Cindy has a unique personality where she is able to put herself in her clients shoes to understand how to make their home buying or selling experience the least stressful coupled with matching their individual needs to their dream home. Her knowledge and wisdom is extremely important during the contract process from the negotiation of the sale to the closing with all the documents, inspections and financial issues that need to be handled. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golfing, reading, beach activities, and spending time with her family, including her niece and nephew.
